I really should just wait to post anything until the end of the day, because whenever I am at work I always find I have something to add that happens after I have already updated my Lame Blog. Anyway, this is nothing of terrible importance, but more-so something I found more than slightly amusing. My freshman year of college, the Gorillaz were HUGE, and "Clint Eastwood" was everyone's favorite song. The fall, I was in Math 100 and there was a guy who looked as much like 2D (the lead singer from the Gorillaz) as any human can possibly look like a cartoon character. Except for the dark eyes, this guy was the living, breathing version of 2D. That made me happy because as far as cartoons go, 2D wasn't bad to look at, though I think a lot of my feeling that way was because Damon Albarn is the voice for 2D and Damon is delicious. Anyway, four years later, who should come walking into the testing center this very night, but 2D! I mean, the guy who was in my math class that year. His hair is much shorter now, he had this crazy surfer hair thing going on before but it was wavy and curly and messy, and now it is all short so he is less 2D-like than he used to be.
Speaking of look-a-likes, there is also a Christian Bale one running around this campus somewhere and I have seen him in here a few times. Not too often so I know he is not taking Psych 181 or Poli Sci, but still, he's out there somewhere.
There is also a guy who looks a lot like my friend Buttons, except his hair is not quite as cool. Buttons has this curly hair thing going, when he is being completely lame and cutting it all off that is. This look-a-like is more weird for me than the others, because every time I see this guy I want to say "Hey Buttons" and then I remember duh, Buttons never even went here in the first place, and now he is going to Texas A&M. I suppose I could say it to this guy anyway, but he wouldn't know what the fuck I was talking about anyway.
I like watching the Physics 212 kids take their tests. Their prof taught them this weird hand and arm thing to do for figuring out this one problem and when they sit and do the rotation with their own hand and arm at their computer it looks silly but is highly amusing. It is also funny when they get frustrated because they are going to fail the test. I guess that's my apathy towards humanity coming through again.
Drake's hair is getting very long now. I told him I'd braid it for him, but he wants to get it permed and I would really like to veto that, because it is not 1995, perms are not in. However, Drake has never concerned himself with what is in or not, so he will most likely do whatever the fuck he wants with his hair. As long as our wedding pictures are not completely ruined by crazy hair, I am okay with it. Granted, these pictures most likely won't be taken for at least another year and a half, so we have time to negotiate.
I think this is all for now, unless something else amuses me in the next hour and forty-five minutes. I am going to start working on my resume, since Teetz won't do it for me.
